Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all conferences, congresses, meetings, workshops, webinars, and other events organized by GSESC2027.

Registration Fees

All registration fees are subject to this Refund Policy.

Participant Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.

Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

• More than 90 days before the conference: 80% refund
• 60–89 days before the conference: 60% refund
• 30–59 days before the conference: 40% refund
• Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund

Administrative charges and payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

Registration Transfer

Participants may transfer their registration to another individual up to 15 days before the conference, subject to approval by GSESC2027.

Conference Cancellation

If GSESC2027 cancels an event without rescheduling, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.

GSESC2027 shall not be responsible for reimbursing travel expenses, accommodation costs, visa fees, insurance, or other personal expenses.

Conference Postponement

If the conference is postponed or rescheduled, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new event dates.

Participants who are unable to attend may contact GSESC2027 to discuss available options.

Visa Refusal

Refund requests due to visa refusal must include an official visa refusal letter.

Approved refunds may be subject to an administrative processing fee.

Visa refusals resulting from late applications or incomplete documentation are not eligible for refunds.

Virtual or Hybrid Events

If an in-person event is converted to a virtual or hybrid format due to unforeseen circumstances, registrations will remain valid for the revised format.

Refunds will not be issued solely because of the change in conference format.

No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend the event without prior written cancellation are not eligible for any refund.

Force Majeure

GSESC2027 reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or convert an event to a virtual or hybrid format due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other emergencies.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 30 business days after the conference concludes.
